Auckland Arrival 13th - 20th Feb 08

Hey arrived here now safe and sound all was good, great flight wouldnt even notice that its was about 26hours too much in floght entertainment, there was lots of tears from the parentals at Cork but we were so excited and still are to be get here and be here its like Ireland back in the 80's or 70's real chilled out, met a guy on the plane called Pat he has a lover here as he put it very creeped out hahaha only joking.
Arrived on the 13th and took a walking trip around the city and found an irish pub called the fiddler and of course we met Irish people there who are here about three years now but unfortuantely for them they never got out of auckland so lousy on them think there is too much to see and do to not see this beauiful country. Got drunk anyway and enjoyed every bit of was amazed at my pint drinking ability but it was good craic did the same again the following night and realised cant keep this up or we would have no money left so we made a grown up decision to buy a car and get the flock out of Auckland really like any other city
Went to Backpackers car mart as advised but to be honesnt all rust buckets and when we thought we were onto a good thing it was a bad thing a big heap of rust but sure what can you do so Shane took it upon himself to go to another auction today but my heaert was not in it my heart was in the shops hehehehehehehehe so I went there instead.
Here are some photos so far oh yeah and we went up Sky Tower as well 328m tallest building in the Souther hemisphere but I thought the Eiffel Tower was way more cool
